Foundation engagements run 4–6 weeks. Automation-First Platform engagements run 8–12 weeks. Enterprise/custom scope is defined in the proposal. Every engagement starts with a fixed scope — no open-ended billing.
Do we retain ownership of everything you build?
Yes, unconditionally. All code, documentation, runbooks, and infrastructure definitions are delivered to you. No license fees, no vendor lock-in, no ongoing dependency on us — unless you want an optional retainer.
